Delivery Information

Order acceptance
Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Please look out for an email and contact us if you do not receive it within two days.
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a tax invoice. Only those goods listed on the tax invoice will be included in the contract formed.

Delivery
The delivery times provided by Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat are estimates only. Actual delivery is provided by third parties outside of our control. Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address.

Most orders are sent by Express or Registered Australia Post service, ensuring that your order can be traced.
Please contact us immediately on store@gwinganna.com, should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect.

Delivery Times
We aim to ship your order within 2 working days from when your order is placed - except where an ordered item is out of stock your order may be delayed for several days until we have all items to send at once (we will advise you of any delay).
Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements, please contact us at store@gwinganna.com so that we can avoid any disappointment. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, we will do our best to assist you and unless otherwise advised, you will receive your order in approximately 3-7 working days. 

Shipping
A flat rate of $15.95 for shipping and handling within Australia applies.

International Orders
Please contact the store to arrange a delivery to an international location.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at store@gwinganna.com  within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

Customer Service Policy
Gwinganna is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 5-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
