FAQs

How do I shop online?
Browse through our products using the shopping navigation menu. When you find a product that you would like to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
If you wish to purchase more than one of an item, click 'Add to Cart' and then at the Shopping Cart page you will be able to insert the desired quantity. After you insert a new quantity or remove an item, click 'Blue Refresh Button' to effect the changes.

Once you have finished your product selections, click ‘Checkout’. You can still delete / add items up until you finalise your payment.
At the checkout, you will be asked to enter your delivery and payment details. Your credit card details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL encryption technology. Please select the relevant Postage/shipping costs as detailed in the ‘Shipping’ section of this page, which will be added to your order at the checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Should you not receive this email, it means that your order may not have been confirmed. Please contact us to check at store@gwinganna.com. A tax invoice will accompany your purchases. All prices include GST.

Can I order over the phone or email?
Yes, you can call the store directly on 07 5589 5088 or send an email to store@gwinganna.com to place an order if you wish.

How do I create an account & password?
To create an Account, you can either click on My Account in the top navigation menu, or do it automatically as you proceed through Checkout. You also have the option to shop as a guest without creating an account.

Is my transaction secure?
When you use your credit card with us you can be assured that you are protected against the misuse of your credit card details. We do not store any credit card details once your transaction is completed -- each time you go to Checkout, you will be required to enter your credit card details.

I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD instructions on the LOG IN page.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
If you would like an item gift wrapped please add this request to the comments section of your order and we will organise for you.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love your Gwinganna purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item in original condition you have up to 7 days from receipt of your order. If you have any questions about returning an item simply email us at store@gwinganna.com. Alternatively there is an online form you can complete to recieve an authorisation number to return your item.

You are welcome to return online purchases by post within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please enclose a copy of your original receipt clearly marked with the Return Authorisation number, together with the merchandise and mail to: Gwinganna Store. 192 Syndicate Road, Tallebudgera. Qld 4228 Australia.

Gwinganna is not liable for the loss of items being returned, as such, please take care with packaging. Please allow 7 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. Once we have received the parcel and verified that the items are unused and undamaged, we will send you an email confirming that we will refund the cost of your goods.  

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at store@gwinganna.com within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or incorrect information received from our suppliers, Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat have the right to cancel the order.
